K & P - an Indian Summer's day

Mid September in Yorkshire rarely offers unending sunshine, but on this occasion the gods were smiling and so were the wedding guests.

The couple had made the very wise decision to spend their money on the important things. The marquees were borrowed and set up by friends, the decorations were hand made by the bride's step-mother, the venue was local and relaxed.

This 'everyone mucked in' approach was, in my view, testament to the loveliness of this couple - their friends had dropped everything to help make this day special for the bride and groom, and it certainly showed in the atmosphere and outpouring of wellwishers. Rarely have I seen so many people file out of a church following a wedding ceremony.

A perfectly relaxed day for a most gorgeous couple.

Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
